Week in Review March 11th-March 15th

We had peeps all over the country this past week… We had our National Convention the first part of the week in Las Vegas and had a great turnout of agents, employees and management. Unfortunately, not all of us could go and play in Vegas. Some stayed back to hold down the fort, but no worries, we had a great time. Here’s the scoop!!!

Monday-  Congrats to The Boehmer Team!!! They were honored at Prudential’s National Convention in the PREA 100 category as one of the Top 100 Realtors in the Country… These incredible ladies finished #61 out of 100. Simply amazing Linda and Kelly. Congratulations is also in order for Susan Eilers who closed over $1 million dollars in business for the year. Great job Susan!

Tuesday- Our property management company Upper End Properties stopped by our  sales meeting. Corey Spielberg and Seth Reeder brought us up to speed on everything they bring to the table for the agents, customers and clients. They can handle all things leases… marketing the lease, executing the lease, tenant representation and full property management for landlords/investors. They making leasing and property management easy!!! Congrats to Beverly Massetto who got a property all on a $375,000 listing.

Wednesday- Prudential Select Properties was recognized at the National Convention as one of the networks top (#5 Nationally) contributors to the Sunshine Kids Foundation, by Executive Director G.W. Bailey. PSP has been recognized as a top 10 Prudential contributor nationwide to the SSK Foundation for the past six years. It’s programs and the efforts of many that have helped Prudential Select Properties raise almost $400,000 dollars for Children Fighting Cancer.

Thursday- It was a pretty busy day around the office. Agents buzzing in and out showing property, getting ready for evening appointments and for the weekend. Congrats to The Colburn Team for closing over $2 million dollars in business for the year. Great job ladies!

Friday- This place was crazy this morning. Agents writing contracts, setting appointments for the weekend and closing deals. Investor’s Title Company was pretty hectic in the A.M. Now things have quieted down a bit! I think everyone is ready for a fun-filled Irish weekend.  I hope everyone has a happy and safe St. Patrick’s Day weekend filled with friends, family and fun…

Another great week to say the least. It’s now wonder why “PSP IS THE PLACE TO BE!”

Week in Review February 11th – February 15th

This past week would have done in most people. To say it was a bit busy and stressful is an understatement. Let me break it down for you…

Monday- Please join me in welcoming back Dawn Singer (formerly with Keller Williams Realty Chesterfield) back to our office. Welcome Home Dawn!!! We couldn’t be happier you’re back!!! Pat Bastunas was on phones Monday morning and got a property call from someone who wanted to list their home. She scheduled the appointment for Wednesday and I’m confident she will have a new listing hitting the market soon. Congrats to the Boehmer Team for closing over $3 million dollars in real estate so far this year.

Tuesday- We had our Annual Awards Banquet, but with a twist that only our marketing department could put together. It was Fat Tuesday so a Mardi Gras theme and party was a must. The event was held at the Palladium and was turned into a Real Estate Expo that appeared to be happening on Bourbon Street. Agents, Builder, Lenders and Vendors across the industry enjoyed great networking, food, drinks and giveaways.

Prudential Select Properties was also recognized at the expo for finishing 5th (Prea Affiliates) in the United States for raising money for the Sunshine Kids Foundation last year as well as raising almost $400,000 dollars over the past 10 years. It was an incredible honor and achievement by so many people who donate their time and money to this great cause. Take a bow PSP!!!

Wednesday- Our office had a virus that was spreading in the entire network. It made things around here pretty difficult for a while, but Dan “the man” Swanger spent countless hours on the phone with Microsoft and reconfiguring our network. Thank you to all the agents for your patience and to Dan for the looooong hours spent to correct the problem.

Thursday-  Connie Smit was notified she was one of the lucky winners from the Expo and a proud new owner of an iPad compliments of Upper End Properties– AKA Prudential Select Properties Property Management Company…  Also, our office Facebook Page, 365 Things to Do in St Charles Missouri went over 3600 Likes. Thanks everyone for sharing this page with all your Facebook friends and family.

Friday- The title company has been busy! It’s been one closing after another ALL day long at Investors Title Company… Thank you Julie and Sue for all of your hard work. It’s greatly appreciated! We had call arounds for our upcoming client appreciation night at the Magic House in Kirkwood. Nancy went and got lunch for everyone this afternoon from Dierbergs. They devoured fried chicken, fish, sandwiches, sides and sweets. Our office blog www.pspstcharles.wordpress.com has had over 500 visitors this past week and is growing daily. Congrats to the Tinsley Team for closing over $1 million dollars in real estate so far this year.

It’s been another crazy week to say the least, but there’s no wonder why “PSP IS THE PLACE TO BE!” What are you waiting for???
