Week in Review April 8th – April 12th

weeknreview2It’s been soooo busy around this place that I haven’t had a chance to do a “week in review” the past few weeks. I’m truly sorry for that and will make a better effort to keep you all up to date on the world of PSP St Charles County Office. Here’s some “Highlights and Haps” from the last few weeks as well as this week.

Recent Weeks- Congrats to Marci Mainieri for closing over $1 million dollars in business so far this year and the Boehmer Team for closing over $8 million dollars in business so far this year. Sales meetings included Social Media Do and Don’ts as well as Apps and Icon trivia. Boot Camp included Listing Appointment Presentation and Overcoming Commission Objections. Congrats to Connie Smit for winning the 1st quarter Show me the Money Phone Contest.

stanmusialMonday- I strongly believe that Opening Day of Cardinal Baseball in St Louis should be a day-off of work for EVERYONE. I’ve said it at least 100 times, “If you’ve never been to a home opener or are not from St Louis, you won’t understand. GO CARDS!!! Congrats to Pat Bastunas for closing over $1.5 million dollars in business so far this year and the Colburn Team for closing over $3 million dollars in business so far this year.

Tuesday- Christy Cooper with HSA was our guest speaker at our meeting. Thanks Christy for the great info and for bringing us breakfast. Boot Camp rolled into week #6 and the evenings topic was Open House Tips and Techniques. It was another great class and evening for all the peeps in boot camp.

Wednesday- Please join me in giving Laurie Cofield a warm welcome back to the Prudential Select Properties St Charles County. Laurie is a great addition to our team and is going to be assisting the Tinsley Team on their day-to-day operations. Welcome Back Laurie and Congrats to the Tinsley Team for closing $1.5 million in business so far this year.

Thursday- Deb and I spent a good portion of the day at The Home (corporate) Office for manager’s meeting. The Ninja’s from Th!nk Tank were there in the house. When it comes to marketing and PR the Ninja’s at Th!nk Tank (Ninja Central) are deadly. I am excited about all things PSP right now and new things coming. Nothing short of incredible… Stay Tuned…

HORSEFriday- It was busy in the morning and started to thin out in the punchingbagafternoon. While Joe Tinsley was putting out open house and new listing signs, Leslie Tinsley was here putting a “Whooping” on Pat Bastunas in a friendly game of HORSE… Yeah I know we’re a bit odd… Basketball hoops and punching bags around the office, but that’s who we are and how we roll… Here’s to a great weekend filled with real estate, great weather, friends, family and worship…

Another crazy week in the books, but it’s no wonder why “PSP IS THE PLACE TO BE!” What are you waiting for???
