Jump Start- Get a jump-start into your real estate career with this three-day class that covers paperwork requirements, contract deadlines and preparation of a current market analysis for a home. Learn how to explain and complete listing paperwork, sales paperwork and contract riders.
List A House Class- Learn how to prepare for a listing presentation and set yourself apart from the competition. This one-day class covers the tools and programs Prudential Select Properties offers to provide the most exposure for our listings. Prepare thoroughly by role-playing with fellow students to overcome common objections and polish closing skills.
Open For Business- This three-day session covers prospecting skills, business planning, personal marketing, tools for buyers & sellers, and integrating your website into your marketing.
Select Circle- Our Select Circle is a monthly two-hour session with different timely topics each month. The class may be classroom-style, panel or round table. Recent selections have included Short Sales, Foreclosures, Prospecting, Social Networking & Green Housing.

New Construction Certification- This two-day session covers all aspects of representing buyers who are purchasing new construction. You’ll also secure nine hours of elective continuing education credits and expand your resume with this PSP Designation.

Blue Print to Success- This is an 8 week Real Estate Boot Camp that meets once a week in the office. This agent training program is designed to make you COMMIT to what it takes to make your business a success.
