Week in Review October 29th-November 2nd

Before we get to Monday the 29th back up one day with me. Congrats to Chase Duke for picking up 3 buyers on his phone shift on Sunday morning. Chase all your hard work is starting to pay off and you are going to be a household name in this industry in no time… Keep up the great work!!! Shall we break down this crazy week???

Monday- The long-awaited Brand Announcement finally came to an end… And the news was BIGGER than any of us ever dreamed of. We are very excited the new franchise brand will be Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. We will be among very few companies entrusted to operate under the Berkshire Hathaway brand name with consumers. Without a doubt, the Berkshire Hathaway Brand is the most powerful and respected name to ever enter the residential real estate industry. Brookfield and Berkshire Hathaway is going to be an incredible team moving forward into the future. Also, please join me in welcoming Jody Weidinger (Formerly w/ Re/max Gold) to our team. We are honored Jody has joined our PSP Family and are excited to work alongside her. Jody was a Team Builder from Brandy Harris… Thanks Brandy!

Tuesday- Our Star Series Panel Sales Meetings continued and thank you Leslie Tinsley for sharing successful ways to negotiate through a building inspection. Your step by step information was fantastic. It’s no wonder why you’re so successful in keeping your building inspections and Joe in check… Our office fall pot luck immediately followed meeting and we had enough food to feed an army. Everyone brought in incredible dishes and deserts. We followed up our luncheon with a docusign training class. Thanks Deb and Shelly Smith

Wednesday- I started another Real Estate Boot Camp (8 week training course) that morning. Congrats to Chase Duke, Laurie Duepner, Katie Capita, Jody Weidinger, Jamie Schrader and Leah Wheeler for making the 8 week commitment. Be on the look out for an evening boot camp that we are working on putting together later on this month. Stacey Sanders stopped by in the afternoon and show a packed office full of agents how to do PSP online forms from our tablets, laptops, etc and how to scan/email them to our clients as well as signing them from the tablets. Great information as always Stacey. I wrapped up the day by meeting and hiring Jesse Nguyen in the evening. Jesse is newly licensed and excited to be a part of our team. He works full-time during the day, but is eager to get in here on the evenings and weekends. Please join me in welcoming Jesse to our PSP Family… Jesse was a Team Builder from Cheryl Cooper… Thanks Coop! We finished the month once again SHATTERING our monthly sales and listing goals. Thank you all for another INCREDIBLE month. You are the very best agents in the business. Nobody even comes close!!! You Rock!!!

Thursday- A group of us listened to Prudential University’s VILT Course- Going Mobile! w/ Matthew Ferrara as he covered “everything tablets” including what to get, what apps are great, and how to integrate tablets directly into your listings, showings, open houses and closings. Incredible information! If you want to watch this, please go to the PREACenter and check it out. Congrats to Linda and Kelly Boehmer for going over $23 million in closed business for the year. Ladies you continue to amaze me and I speak for everyone in this office when I tell you that you’re an inspiration to all of us. Congrats on the incredible year…

Friday- Can I get another warm PSP welcome to Tonya Crawford. Tonya is newly licensed agent who is also excited about learning this business and joining our PSP Family. Tonya was a Team Builder from Doris Rushing…Thanks Doris! Congrats to Joe and Leslie Tinsley for going over $5 million in closed business for the year. You guys are a machine, year after year helping lots of families with their real estate needs. Awesome as always…
